Timpanogos II-View Over Cascade

This is the backside of Timpanogos can’t really see the “sleeping princess” but easiest to see some of the hidden beauty of this mountain. This painting is a copy of an earlier work, I wrote this about it: “If the weather is nice, a drive in the fall is one our favorite activities Greg were just exploring but happened to get lost at the top of the mountain. We didn’t mind being lost, as I just wanted to do some plein air painting. I was impressed with the whimsical purples and lavenders against the golds and rusts. We watched elk hunters from the top of the ridge while I painted. We could also see the elk circling around the hunters, which made us giggle to see the game from such an interesting perspective.”
