All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or availability issues.

4. All Sales Final

Due to the custom and original nature of the artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, lindacurley.com is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including artwork, images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Linda Curley and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

7. Commissions (If Applicable)

Commissioned artwork requires approval of scope and may require a non-refundable deposit. Once work has begun, commissions may not be canceled or refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, lindacurley.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of artwork.
