River Jordan

The mighty Jordan didn’t look very intimidating the days that we visited there. I think it must be referring to something other than size when given “mighty” in the description. Mighty in peace, mighty in imagination, definitely mighty in the number of significant events that have occurred on its banks. How awesome it was to walk along its quiet shores and contemplate the life giving waters that ran there.
