“Time never stands still, it moves on, and with the passing of time comes the daily stress of changes. Something we all go through. The most important thing to remember is to never lose track of what is important, God, family and friends. An attitude of thankfulness enables one to appreciate our experiences and to live a full and rich life despite stress. I’ve found expressing gratitude is my best coping mechanism and keeps my boat headed in the right direction and allows me to enjoy the journey of life.”
