Cucumber Waterfall

Who knew that there are plants in the wild that smell like cucumber! Certainly a desert dweller like myself didn’t know, but those who live in the east were not surprised. This painting comes from time spent in Pennsylvania where we enjoyed a delightful week of sightseeing learning the history of our great nation. This was done with the specific intention of preparing for painting murals for the Philadelphia Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
