At times in life, the effort of our daily tasks and duties are so all consuming, overwhelming we have no energy to extend our imagination and envision what could be. This is a painting not of the Valley view, but of the struggle of each person from the morning light in the valley to the evening light of the foreground. It is a picture of the last days struggle to enter the valley of the Lord. Without the vision of brightness in the morning, would we be able to endure until the evening and still get up and go on again? Life is still the same. May we never lose sight of the goal of Eternal Life.
